Meet the Team
Oak Hill Construction owners, Andy and Ashley Husk bring a wealth of knowledge to their roles within the company. Having worked in construction since he was age 14 and running multimillion dollar residential projects, Andy has seen and done it all when it comes to general contracting. Ashley spent most of her adult life working in administration, finance, and digital advertising. Each and every one of the native Vermont carpenters and carpenter helpers on our job sites bring experience, precise attention to detail, and work ethic to the job sites each and every day.
Andy Husk
Owner & President
As a native Vermonter, Andy has always had a strong passion for construction. It started when he was 14 on his first construction job – framing a small, residential home in the Addison County area. He then pursued his love for building by attending the Hannaford Career Center Construction Technology program in Middlebury, Vermont. Starting out as the youngest carpenter on the project for a local high-end, residential builder, Andy progressed into overseeing all phases of multi-million dollar residential construction projects. It was at this time that Andy decided to pursue his dream in owning his own residential construction company. In his free time, Andy enjoys spending time outside, exploring the great state of Vermont with his family.
Ashley Husk
Office Manager
Wife to Andy and also a native Vermonter, Ashley brings a wealth of administrative experience to her Office Manager role at Oak Hill Construction. Prior to joining Oak Hill, she worked as an Executive Assistant to the CEO of one of the largest Credit Unions in the state of Vermont for 10+ years and also the Executive Assistant to a VP at one of the largest automotive digital marketing companies in the country for 3 years. Ashley manages all aspects of billing, HR, Marketing, compliance, and payroll. Outside of her job, Ashley enjoys spending quality time with Andy and their three children and two dogs!
